iServices Card

The iServices Customer Card is used with a points programme, managed by iServices, Lda – Multibrand Repairs, NIPC 510151906, based at Avenida Infante Dom Henrique, nº 328, Basement B, 1800-223 Lisbon, Lisbon district, hereinafter referred to as "iServices", and aims to reward registered customers.

  1. Joining the Loyalty Programme
    1. The iServices Customer Card Loyalty Programme is intended for all customers who hold the card.
    2. To join the card, it is required to complete a registration form*.
    3. Membership is validated with the sending of a confirmation email, through which the user can download the iServices Customer Card to their smartphone Digital Wallet.

  3. Accruing Points:
    1. Each euro spent on iServices products or services is automatically converted into one (1) point on the Customer Card.
    2. Points will be credited to the customer’s account after each valid transaction.
    3. All purchases in iServices stores (including the online store) are eligible for point accumulation, subject to the following conditions:
      1. In physical stores, by indicating that you have the iServices Customer Card;
      2. In the online store, by entering the email and tax ID (NIF) associated with the iServices Customer Card.
    4. During the months of March and April 2025, in addition to the points accumulated in each repair, you will be entitled to 500 extra points (€5).
  4. Redeeming Points for Discounts:
    1. For every 100 points accumulated, the customer is entitled to a €1 discount on future purchases in iServices physical stores.
    2. Points are redeemed at the time of purchase, with the corresponding amount deducted automatically from the total.
    3. Points cannot be converted into cash and are exclusively for obtaining discounts on iServices products and services.
  5. Point Validity:
    1. All accumulated points are valid for 12 months from the date they are awarded, except for the 1,000 Free Points, given by iServices on customers’ birthdays, which are only valid for 30 days from the birthday date, and the 1,300 Free Points, given by iServices in other Campaigns, which are valid for 90 days from their award date.
    2. After the validity period, points expire and cannot be used, being automatically removed from the Card.
  6. Loyalty Programme Cancellation:
    1. iServices reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate the Loyalty Programme at any time, with prior notice to customers.
    2. In the event of programme termination, accumulated points will be considered null.
  7. Information and Communications:
    1. The customer agrees to receive information about the Loyalty Programme via email, SMS, or other available communication channels.
    2. iServices commits to maintaining the confidentiality of customers’ information, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
  8. General Provisions:
    1. This regulation may be amended by iServices at any time.
    2. The iServices Customer Card is personal and non-transferable.
  9. Returns:
    1. If the customer returns a product or service purchased at iServices, the system will automatically deduct the number of points accumulated for the original purchase.

By joining the iServices Customer Card, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this regulation. iServices reserves the right to interpret and decide on any cases not covered in this regulation.

    The iServices Customer Card is a 100% digital card linked to your Smartphone Wallet. The card provides an overview of your points history, allowing you to track the points accumulated with all purchases made, whether in physical stores or the iServices online store. The points accumulated on the iServices Customer Card can be redeemed for discounts, exclusively in iServices physical stores.

  • How to accumulate Points and earn Rewards?

    Earn points with every transaction, turning each visit into an opportunity to win. For every one euro (€1.00) you spend at an iServices store (including the online store), you earn one (1) point on your Customer Card. Accumulate points on all iServices purchases, in physical stores and online. For every 100 points accumulated, you are entitled to a one euro (€1.00) discount.

  • Who can join the iServices Customer Card?

    Any iServices customer over the age of 18 can join this loyalty programme. To use the iServices Customer Card, the user must have an iPhone with iOS 15.4 or later and the Apple Wallet app installed, or an Android smartphone with version 7 or later and the Google Wallet app installed.

  • Does the iServices Customer Card have a membership fee?

    No, membership to the iServices Customer Card is free. We aim to reward our loyal customers without any additional cost.

    You can check your points balance at any time via the iServices Customer Card by accessing the card details.
